Data Access

We access your Google data through secure API connections only after you have granted us explicit permission. This access is limited to the scope necessary for providing our analytics services.

Your Google data is used solely within our app for two primary purposes:

  1. Authentication: To verify your identity and maintain secure access to your account. This involves you logging in with your Google account and granting explicit permission through Google's OAuth screen. We collect and store your name, email address, and an access token provided by Google. This token allows us to securely access your Google Search Console data on your behalf without storing your Google password.
  2. Analytics: To provide you with insights from Google Search Console data. This includes accessing read-only data in real-time such as sites, search performance metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position), sitemap information, and index coverage status. We use this data to generate analytics, insights, and visualizations within our app.

We do not use this data for any other purposes, such as marketing or profiling.

Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with any third parties. Your data remains confidential and is used exclusively to provide you with our services.

Data Retention: As stated earlier, we retain your account data only for as long as your account is active or as required to provide you with our services.

Revoking Access: You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time through your Google account settings. Upon revocation, we immediately lose all access to your Google data.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are legitimate and weighty grounds relating to your particular situation. Exceptions outlined in relevant privacy laws may apply. You can also opt out of direct marketing communications at any time, free of charge, and without further justification.

You are entitled to request the removal or cessation of the use of incomplete or irrelevant personal data, or data that is retained beyond its authorized period. This right can be exercised at any time, free of charge, by submitting a signed, written request to us. We will respond to your request within fifteen (15) working days.

Right to Access

You have the right to access all information related to the processing of your personal data by us, as defined by applicable privacy laws. This includes information about the purposes of processing, categories of data processed, and categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed. This Privacy Policy serves as an initial indication of our data processing practices.

Right to Correct

We will rectify, amend, or delete the inaccurate or incomplete data within fifteen (15) working days. Please note that data deletion may result in temporary storage of deleted data, mainly for visibility purposes.

Right to Forget

You have the right to request the deletion of all information related to your account and activity from our system, except for data that we are legally obligated to retain for tax or legal reasons. We will retain only the data necessary for compliance with legal requirements.
